For us quality starts with choosing the bean. We control every stage (selection, roasting, blending and grinding) to keep what makes coffee special: its natural taste, aroma and character.

Casablanca is not built around espresso and americano alone. Coffee brewed in a cezve holds a special place with us, a tradition that turns making coffee into a ritual.
